On Friday morning I received a delightful e-mail from Stephanie wondering if I had availability to conduct a wedding in the coming week.  Upon learning that they had already procured a license four days earlier, I told them that we could do the ceremony as early as today (Saturday).  We made arrangements for them to come to my home in Monroe.  Wendy and I set the wedding arch up in our living room for a 7:00 PM ceremony with Stephanie & Lon and their three witnesses.  Lon is entering basic training with the US Marine Corps at 29 Palms in a couple weeks.  They'll actually have a public wedding after he graduates.  Congratulations to Lon and Stephanie!
